This little beauty seems to be very “brave” since she blooms in the middle of winter.
Her picture was taken in Anthusa, near Athens, under freezing weather conditions.

When a few minutes later I saw this bunch of Nivalis grown so close to each other,
I remembered the Penguins who huddle together to protect themselves from bitter cold!
