I’ve heard people saying that the sunset as a photographic subject is over-photographed and therefore, perhaps less interesting. To tell you the truth, if you allow me to make a confession, I think I would feel unhappy if I experienced a sunset I like and happened not to have a camera with me.
Fortunately, I did have one with me this time and was able to capture the photo above while I was on the island of Aigina in 2017. As to whether sunsets are interesting or not seems to me a personal matter.
